He was born in Marshall, TX to James F.Winn and Adora A.Love on May 7, 1962. He received his education through the Diana School System Shelby was a member of First Baptist of Diana Wednesday,October 2, 2019,he was called home to Heaven to see those that preceded him in death. Shelby loving memories will forever be in the hearts of his mother;Adora Love Winn,Sister;Kimberly Beasley( Husband) abd brother;Shawn Winn(Tammy).A host of nieces,nephews and other family members.
