Service for Lois M.Boyd Finely 69 of Longview will be 11:a.m.Saturday December 8,2012 at East Cotton Church of Christ.Burial will follow in Union Post Oak Cemetery under caring hands of Bigham. Mrs.Finley past away on Wednesday November 28,2012 at Good Shepherd Medical Center On April 28,1943 Born in Longview Gregg County,Texas to the parents of Henry and Luvenia Halton Boyd,She attended Ned E.Williams High School in Gregg County and later Mt.San Antonio College in Pomona,Ca. Later in her life she met the love of her heart Clyde Finley and in February 14, 1964 in the County of Los Angeles,Ca they were married. Mrs.Finley worked as a Instructional Aid for S.D.City School District.and retired in 2000,after her retirement she move back to Longview. To cherish the special memory;Husband;Clyde Finley,Daughter;Tanyuka (Pressnell) Gilbert,Three sons:Chris Finley, Junior Finley and Darrin Boyd.Sisters:JoAnn Davis,Dorothy Gary and Linda Hill. Brothers;Alvin Ray Boyd,Donnie Johnson and Danny Johnson. A host of Grand Children,Nieces, nieces,Nephews,and other family.
