Service for Mrs. Charlene Bell Hunter 89 of Longview, Texas will be Saturday January 28, 2017 at New Zion Missionary Baptist Church of Longview, with Rev. Robert L. Hundley and Marlon Wilson officiating. Bed of Rest will follow in Jordan Valley Memorial Park Longview, Texas Truly a child of God, Mrs. Charlene was born August 27, 1927 to the late parentage of Charlie "Ike" Bell and Willie Lou "Crick" Smith Carr, In Gregg County. Texas. She receive her education in Gregg and Harrison County public Schools ,she excepted Christ at a early age and united with New Zion Missionary Baptist Church. She met the love of her life Joe Hunter they enjoyed 43 wonderful years together until hey past in 1993. Mrs. Charlene was truly a blessing to her family and many friends always giving and helping. Proceeded her in death was her parents, brother and 2 sisters. Her Beautiful memories will forever in the Hearts of Sister; Maye (Johnny) Stoval, Tyler, Tx ,Izola Mallard Oakland, Ca and Arzola (Hosie) Horton, Grand Paire , Tx .A very Special Niece who was like her daughter; Tabitha Stoval and her family, Kokeitha Arteaga, Angelica Arteaga Williams. Close family friend that she loved as a nephew DeWayne Black. A host of other Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Family and Friends The family would like to give a very special thanks to the Bigham Staff who was always there for Charlene when every she called upon them.
